Take the smoked chicken out of the refrigerator in time.
Put the oven at 200°C and lightly grease the baking dish.
Defrost the spinach and add the garlic to it.
Cut the Gorgonzola and the chicken into pieces and place in the bowl.
Add the spinach and garlic and mix it together.
Melt the butter in the pan and add the flour.
Stir until a ball is created that should not brown.
Add a splash to the milk and stir over low heat until a smooth sauce is formed.
Add the cheese and season it with salt and pepper.
Pour a thin layer of sauce into the dish and cover it with lasagne sheets.
Spoon half of the chicken spinach mixture on top and cover it with lasagne sheets.
Repeat this and cover it with the rest of the sauce.
Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
Place the dish in the middle of the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
